The Car Paint Company was established in 1992 by Glenn Belcher.

Glenn was a mechanic by trade but after 20+ years he decided to put his tools down and try something new, with a passion for the motor trade he turned to paint…

30 years later, the company, now run by his son Daniel has gone from strength to strength and is now one of the largest independent paint distributors in the UK. We pride ourselves on having the highest levels of customer service, supplying the highest quality of products whilst remaining competitive in the market.

If you've been to one of our branches before, you'll recognise our team. With our many years of experience, we have knowledgeable, skilful and friendly staff. Our dedication to our customers’ businesses is what sets us apart, we're committed to the long term business health of our customers so with our field based business managers and our own technical team, we're able to work with you to provide on-going support and training. As a founding member, we're also proud to be part of the independent distribution alliance TIDAL. TIDAL allows us to have the benefits of nationwide coverage & increases our buying and selling power, allowing us to have the strength of a national distributor but with the care and passion of an independent. 

TIDAL was created to shake up the UK refinish industry with a fresh, exciting distribution alliance which helps forge partnerships between bodyshops, suppliers, and third parties like insurance providers. With our two locations, in Hayes and High Wycombe, we're able to cover a large area and we offer a same day delivery service from our own large fleet of delivery vehicles.
